A breath of fresh air - to fuel your car

I so want one: an air-powered car. As clean as electric vehicles at the point of use and nothing to blow up, simple technology and cheap. They'd be difficult to commit suicide with though. Stick the exhaust pipe in your mouth and all you'd get is fresh air and cold teeth.
